Can I use Metro Retro for free?

When you sign up for Metro Retro, you are placed on a free 30-day trial, where you can use Metro Retro with your team as much as you want. When your trial ends, you need to choose a paid plan to continue.

What is a Member in Metro Retro?

A member is someone that has signed up and joined your team. Each member needs a license. Members have full access to the team dashboard and all functionality.

What is a Guest in Metro Retro?

Guests can join boards without needing a license. They do not have access to your team space, and can only access the boards that have been shared with them. Guests do not need to signup to join a board. Guests are perfect for working with external clients.

What is the difference between Members and Guests in Metro Retro?

Members are registered users of the team space. They can: create and manage boards, be the Host of a meeting, use Meeting controls, create custom templates, edit board layouts, and access the workspaces they belong to. On the other hand, a guest is a temporary role with limited functionality to just participate on the board they have been invited to.

Each member needs a license, while guests do not affect billing.

Can I collaborate with people outside my team?

Yes, all Accounts on a paid plan (except Starter) can invite external guests to their boards. The Pro plan allows 10 guests per board, while the Business Plan allows unlimited guests per board. Just share your board link with your external collaborator, and they will automatically join as a guest.

How many teams and folders do I get?

The number of teams you have is determined by your billing.

Teams on a paid plan get unlimited folders to organize their boards.

How can I upgrade?

You can start a subscription with a payment card inside your team space.

Contact us for invoice billing, which is available for annual plans of at least 3 teams.

Can I change my plan?

You can increase or decrease your teams at any time, and your next bill will update pro-rata.

Annual plans have a 30-day refund or plan adjustment period.

Please contact us if you want to change your plan type or billing period.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes you can cancel your plan at any point, which will stop your plan from renewing. Your team space will continue on the paid plan until the end of the current billing period.

Annual plans can cancel with a full refund within the first 30 days.
